TORTELLINI

A classic of Italian tradition: made respecting the rhythms of tradition, without "stressing" fresh pasta, that keeps all its porosity. A filling of selected meat (beef, pork) and the touch of taste given by the Mortadella Bologna IGP.

Ideal for meat and cream-based sauces, for the traditional meat broth we suggest the Mignon version.

Available in 250 g, 500 g, 1000 g
