PIZZA PASQUALE DOLCE
As the name suggests is a typical dessert of the Easter period: in the inland areas of Marche and Umbria replaces Easter Colomba sweet. A curiosity: in the Marche to designate a homemade cake we use the term pizza, without distinction with the homonymous savory dish. This "pizza" actually has the shape of a panettone: the traditional recipe, to whom the Gastreghini bakery adheres faithfully, provides you flavored the dough with candied fruit and raisins, typical winter fruits, waiting for the fresh summer fruit. For decoration is applied meringue frosting and colored sugar beads.
The perfect ending of the family lunch on Easter Sunday, a feast for the eyes and the palate.
