Around the year 1800 it was defining the composition of the "mixed fried all'ascolana": besides the famous stuffed olives, it included fried lamb chops, fried cubes of cream (in dialect gnocchetti), fried zucchini and artichokes. Taking up the tradition and enriching it, the Spegam serves a mix of onions, zucchini, peppers, carrots, cauliflower and artichokes breaded and fried in vegetable oil. Simply to be heated in the oven for a few minutes, to bring to your home an excellence from the Marche.
