A cheese typical of the Marche, made with only organic ingredients. Only four ingredients (eggs, Grana Padano, breadcrumbs and pepper) cleverly combined, for an explosion of flavor unique. Usually they are cooked in the broth, but we suggest you try them with a sauce of zucchini and bacon will not be disappointed!
