A simple recipe, but yummy. Only selected parts of white meat of exclusively local production, with chickens raised on the ground; the whole cleverly combined with peas previously sauté with butter. A plate of traditional "poor" countryside, but rich in flavor.

Only 3 minutes in the microwave and you will renew a traditional recipe.
