MIXED GRATIN
Much more than a simple contour, is the perfect complement to many dishes of meat and fish, especially roasts. The traditional recipe from Marche region plans to flavor vegetables with a mix of bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and herbs, which, combined with a fast passage in the oven, make for a unique taste. In mixed gratin are tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and peppers.
Only two minutes in the microwave and you will taste one of the most jealously guarded secrets of Marche’s grandmothers.
