Description

RAVIOLI

Called in the local dialect "Ravaioli", are prepared following the traditional recipe of central Italy (Lazio, Tuscany and Marche): fresh egg pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach , flavored with nutmeg and black pepper.

Despite being a less rich dish than tortellini, they could well combined  with rich sauces, such as the Marche meat sauce, a mixture of pork, beef and chicken.

 Available in sizes 250 g, 500 g, 1000 g
