BACCALA’ WITH POTATOES
Each coastal town overlooking the Adriatic Sea has its own recipe for seasoning dried cod. Ancona is no exception, with the "stoccafisso". Ours is a light version of the traditional dish, but retains the main ingredients: North Sea cod, potatoes and lots of olive oil. A careful cooking in the oven and the magic is done.
