As the name suggests (casereccia = homemade) is the traditional dessert for excellence: in every Marche’s house on holidays you could see the housewives busy preparing this tasty ring coated with sugar. It's a really healthy sweet: just eggs, flour and sugar in the dough. For seasoning we put dark chocolate chips over the dough.

It is a license to the original recipe that makes happy the most greedy.

I want to give you an advice: to pair it with jams very sweet, like pear’s jam. You will not be disappointed.
